End-User License Agreement (EULA)

Welcome to Langur! Please read this End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") carefully before clicking the "I Agree" button, downloading, or using Langur ("Application").
By clicking the "I Agree" button, downloading, or using the Application, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not click on the "I Agree" button and do not download or use the Application.
License
Langur grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the Application solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
Content
You are responsible for the text posts, images, and user text replies ("User Content") you contribute to the Application. You must ensure that your User Content does not contain objectionable or abusive material.
No Tolerance for Objectionable Content or Abusive Users
The Application has a strict no-tolerance policy for objectionable content or abusive users. Objectionable content includes, but is not limited to, content that is:
- Offensive, such as content that engages in or promotes racism, bigotry, discrimination, hatred, harassment, or physical harm of any kind against any group or individual.
- Pornographic or sexually explicit.
- Unlawful or promotes illegal activities.
Any user found to be creating or spreading such content will face immediate suspension or termination of their account.
Content Filtering and Moderation
The Application employs automated filtering technology and a moderation team to monitor and filter objectionable content. However, Langur does not guarantee that all objectionable content will be filtered out. Users are encouraged to report any content that may have been missed by the filtering technology.
Reporting Objectionable Content
Users can report objectionable content within the Application by contacting hello@langur.app or calling +852 6641 6796. Langur commits to acting on all reports of objectionable content within 24 hours of the report.
Blocking Abusive Users
Users have the ability to block other users who they find abusive or objectionable. This action is designed to prevent further unwanted interaction with the blocked user.
Modifications to Application
Langur reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Application or any service to which it connects, with or without notice and without liability to you.
Updates to the Agreement
Langur reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to amend this Agreement at any time and will update this Agreement in the event of any such amendments. It is your sole responsibility to check the Application periodically for any changes to this Agreement.

Governing Law
The laws of Hong Kong, excluding its conflicts of law rules, shall govern this Agreement and your use of the Application. Your use of the Application may also be subject to other local, state, national, or international laws.
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Langur regarding your use of the Application and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous written or oral agreements between you and Langur.
You may not assign or transfer this Agreement or any rights granted hereunder, by operation of law or otherwise, without Langur"s prior written consent, and any attempt by you to do so, without such consent, will be void.
The failure of Langur to exercise or enforce any right or provision of this Agreement will not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
If any provision of this Agreement is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, the other provisions of this Agreement will remain in full force and effect.
